eAktiebok.se started in 2013 with the ambition to digitize the share register and make company ownership simpler and more transparent. Since summer 2025, eAktiebok is operated by Alternativa Nordics AB, with the goal of building the Nordics' most user-friendly platform for corporate administration. We focus entirely on our core service – a digital share register that helps entrepreneurs, company builders, and investors grow together.
Who we are
We are a SaaS company providing digital solutions for the share register of unlisted companies. Our goal is to make company ownership simpler, more transparent, and fully digitized – so that owners, boards, and investors have a modern platform to gather around. Beyond the share register, we continuously develop new services that strengthen the entire company's administration and growth journey. What sets us apart is not just the technology, but our clear focus on supporting companies in their development.
Our goals and passion
We are driven by a clear ambition – to create the most user-friendly and reliable platform for share registers and corporate administration in the Nordics. Our team has extensive experience in finance, corporate law, and digitization – and we combine that expertise to build solutions that make a real difference. During 2025 and 2026, we are gradually launching new services that complement the share register and strengthen our role as a long-term partner for companies across the Nordics.
