In this privacy policy it is described how eAktiebok collects, processes, shares and stores your personal data.

If you are in contact with eAktiebok for any other reason, such as for example when asking a question or contacting us for any other purpose via e-mail or our webpage, we process your personal data in order to communicate with you and answer your question and the legal grounds for our processing is to fulfil our agreement with you and/or our legitimate interest of being able to answer your question or handle your matter.

  • For how long do we store your personal data?

We store your personal data for as long as you have an active user account with us, or for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy. A user account is considered to be no longer active if it has not been used for a period of 24 months. We may store your personal data for a longer period of time if it is required by law or necessary in order to establish, exercise or defend ourselves against a legal claim.

  • WHERE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

eAktieboks processing of your personal data is within the EU / ESS and no transfer of data is undertaken by us outside of the said area.

  • Direct marketing

If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes you have a right to object, at any time, against such processing by sending an e-mail to info@eaktiebok.se. As soon as we have received your objection we will no longer process your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

  • Your rights

You are entitled to access the personal information we are processing about you. The information is given in the form of a copy (through a register extract). If you request further copies, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee.

If the information we have regarding you is inaccurate or incomplete you can require that we correct or complete the information.

You may, under certain conditions, be deleted (“to be forgotten”), ie. to get the personal information we have about you deleted. However, we are entitled to deny redundancy in certain situations, such as if we are required by law to save the data.

However, if the request is unreasonable or unfounded, eAktieBook is entitled to charge a reasonable fee or choose not to meet your request. In addition, eAktiebook may request additional information to strengthen your identity.

  • eAktiebok as data Processor

eAktiebok is data controller for the personal data set out in this policy. There are however situations when eAktiebok is not the data controller, but merely a data processor acting on behalf of another data controller. This is the case when eAktiebok performs services relating to the share register of another limited liability company. When eAktiebok acts as data processor, the company processes personal data on behalf of a third party, i.e. the data controller, and eAktiebok is then bound by the instructions given by the data controller. In these situations, eAktiebok cannot guarantee that processing is made in accordance with this privacy policy. eAktiebok will however always ensure that processing of personal data is made in accordance with applicable law.

  • eAktiebok as a personal information officer

eAktiebok is data controller for the personal data set out in this policy.
