In our basic subscription the company’s administrator can easily register and maintain an updated share register. The company receives a simple and clear ownership and access to various reports related to the company’s shareholders and equity.

The company also receives a customised storage space for the company’s central corporate documents, the storage space is designed to facilitate the Board’s administration and can be used to support the company in preparing all formal documents. The company also has the ability to establish a temporary login for the company’s site, which can be shared e.g. with the company’s auditor before their management review or to any investors as a basis for their due diligence process.

After taking out a subscription with E-aktiebok you can use all the features in the system at no extra cost. There are also no limitations on the number of transactions or owners that affect the size of the fee.
All partners in the company also receive a free custody account where all their holdings registered with E-aktiebok are presented clearly and in detail.

How our test offer works

About three weeks into the trial period we will contact you via e-mail about whether you want to continue with the service. If not, then all the data you entered in the system will be removed after the end of the trial period. All without any cost to you.

Additional services

Through our additional service, Start-up, you can get help setting up your digital share register and with it offer your investors/owners a free custody account of their unlisted holdings. The service is subscribed by contacting us either via the contact page or via e-mail at info@eaktiebok.se. We need a copy of the company’s existing share register and e-mail for all shareholders and functionaries in the company. For the company’s investors/owners to take full advantage of our services we also want information about the share price on any transactions. Our fees are based on the number of shares available in your existing share register, which means that you have total control over the cost of hiring us. The fee together with our fee for the Basic subscription is invoiced in advance and must be paid before the shareholders are set up with us. The start-up cost is a one time cost.

Our additional service, Bankruptcy Protection, is adapted to current legislation and gives the Board protection around their obligation to maintain a share register for possible bankruptcy.

All subscriptions and additional services are for 12 months and are invoiced in advance

*Bankruptcy protection means that E-aktiebok is obligated to save your company’s share register for 10 years after a bankruptcy. The company’s share register will only be visible to the company’s administrator and the administrator has full access to the company’s share register during the entire period. For E-aktiebok’s bankruptcy protection to apply it is required that the company has been running for 2 consecutive years.

The company’s Board is required by law to keep a complete share register available to everyone for a period of 10 years after a company goes bankrupt.
