You can also dialogue with your shareholders in a closed forum where both you and the shareholders can write and reply without any unauthorised access to your communication.
Send news to shareholders
You can send your news to shareholders who only have permission to read, but you can also choose to send news to the thousands of potential investors at eAktiebok.se
The communication platform can be used to keep the company’s shareholders informed about the company’s development. In news updates that are created in the system, you may of course attach files and even choose whether, in addition to presenting news in the system, to send it out as an email to your owners. If you have uploaded your logo in the system, it will automatically append it to the news.
The news is presented in two different news feeds in the stock portfolio, with one news feed solely allocated to news coming from companies in which one has ownership, or alternatively a certain feature, while the second news feed presents other news.
Discussion with the shareholders of your forum
At eAktiebok.se there is also a closed forum for all shareholders where everyone can discuss openly and ask any questions they may have. When you conduct discussion in the forum, everyone has the chance to see the same information and you avoid doing this via email.

The information communicated to the system is up to the company, which administrates eAktiebok itself. eAktiebok provides the opportunity to communicate general corporate information, information on ownership structure, the company’s share register, repository of company documents, etc.
With eAktiebok’s system service for share register administration, you increase transparency and validation to company owners, while administration is greatly simplified.
