When the company activates the service, there is a buy/sell button after the holding in the company. On the bulletin board, shareholders can post interest in buying or selling shares and subscribe to receive email notifications every time an order is placed.
When a buyer is matched with a seller, an email is sent with contact details to the other party along with a simple purchase agreement for the parties to fill in.
When the purchase agreement is completed and payment has been made outside the system, the parties send an email to transaktioner@eaktiebok.se and we then register the transaction for the company.
