# Buy & Sell

Facilitate internal share trading with matching, settlement notes, and transparent price history for shareholders.

## Share trading bulletin board

The buy and sell bulletin board enables shareholders to show interest in buying and selling shares in the companies. When the company activates the service, there is a buy/sell button after the holding in the company. On the bulletin board, shareholders can post interest in buying or selling shares and subscribe to receive email notifications every time an order is placed.

## Matching and contact

When a buyer is matched with a seller, an email is sent with contact details to the other party along with a simple purchase agreement for the parties to fill in.

## Easy transaction registration

When the purchase agreement is completed and payment has been made outside the system, the parties send an email to transaktioner@eaktiebok.se and we then register the transaction for the company.
