Setup fee 80 SEK per shareholding

Through our add-on service, Start-up, you get help setting up your digital share register and with it offer your investors/owners a free custody account for their unlisted holdings. The service is subscribed by contacting us via the contact page or by email to info@eaktiebok.se. We need a copy of the company's existing share register and email to all shareholders and officials in the company. Our fee is based on the number of shareholdings in your existing share register, which means you have total control over the cost of hiring us.

Bankruptcy protection* 400 SEK per year

Our add-on service, Bankruptcy Protection, is adapted to current legislation and provides the board with protection regarding their obligation to maintain a share register after a possible bankruptcy.

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

All subscriptions and add-on services are valid for 12 months and invoiced in advance. Bankruptcy protection means that eAktiebok undertakes to preserve your company's share register for 10 years after a possible bankruptcy. For eAktiebok's bankruptcy protection to apply, the company must have had the service for 2 consecutive years.
