We help companies produce important documents – everything from creating an authorization to managing issues. We offer three different packages linked to capitalizations.
OUR PACKAGES:
Authorization
– We help the company to prepare an authorization for the general meeting.
– When the meeting is done, we handle the registration of the authorization.

Emissions management
– We produce documents for an issue.
– Produce documentation such as a decision on an issue based on the company’s needs
– Handle the registration of decisions and issues to the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
Make the company public
– Help the company to produce documents to be able to become public
– Ensure that the company’s articles of association comply with the requirements for a public company
– Handle the registration of the case to the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
