Users have the right to use the web service and its content for personal use according to the rules specified by eAktiebok. eAktiebok is exempt from liability for damages that the user may suffer due to events that are due to circumstances beyond eAktiebok’s control, such as, for example, explosion, fire, flood or other accident, sabotage, war event, strike or other labor dispute and changes in laws and regulations or other action by authority. The reservation regarding strikes or other labor disputes applies even if eAktiebok itself takes or is subject to such conflict measures. In addition to what is normally understood as events beyond eAktiebok’s control, an event that makes provision of the web service more costly or burdensome for eAktiebok compared to the original conditions shall also be considered. eAktiebok is also not obliged to compensate the user for damage in other cases if eAktiebok was normally careful.
