The privacy policy applies to the personal data that you share with us when you register a user account on our website and when you contact us in any other way, e.g. with a question.

- Responsible for processing your personal data
FinReg Solutions AB, corporate no. 556939-3308, Norra Vallgatan 64, 211 40 Malmö (“eAktiebok” or “we”) is the data controller for the company’s processing of your personal data.
- COLLECTION and processing of PERSONAL DATA
The kind of data we collect and process about you depends on the capacity in which you have contact with us.
When you register a user account on our website, you normally provide relevant contact information such as name and email address. These are name and email address.
If you have a question for us or contact us in any other matter, we collect and process the personal data provided by you.
Normally some device information is also collected. This is information about which device has been used during your login to your account and its browser settings, for example IP address and your use of eAktiebok’s website.
If you visit our website, we use cookies to improve the user experience and to give you as a visitor access to certain functionality. Further information can be found in our policy regarding this [link].
- Purpose of and Legal basis for processing personal data
We process your personal data for different purposes depending on the capacity in which you are in contact with us.
If you are in contact with us as a user, we process your personal data in order to administer your user account, provide information and target marketing by e-mail regarding eAktiebok’s and our partners’ services, possibly other processing and the legal basis for our processing is to be able to fulfill our agreement with you and/or a balancing of interests.
In other contact with eAktiebok, e.g. in the event of a question or other contact via e-mail, we process your personal data in order to enable communication with you as a customer and answer your question in order to fulfill our agreement with you and/or with the support of a balancing of interests.
- How long do we store your personal data?
We save your personal data as long as there is an active user account, or as long as it is necessary for the respective purposes stated in this policy. Normally, a user account is no longer considered active if it has not been used for a period of 24 months. We may keep the data longer if necessary to fulfill legal requirements or to protect our legal interests, e.g. if there is an ongoing legal process.
- Who do we share your personal data with?
Your personal data may be shared with our external partners in, for example, the provision of servers, software providers, software development and support.
- Where do we process your personal data?
eAktiebok’s processing of your personal data takes place within the EU/EEA and no transfer of data is carried out by us outside the said area.
- Direct marketing
If you do not want us to process your personal data for direct marketing, you always have the right to object to such processing by sending an email to info@eaktiebok.se. As soon as we receive an objection from you, we will stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
- Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. The information is provided in the form of a copy (via register extract). If you request additional copies, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for this.
If the information we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement it.
Under certain conditions, you have the right to be deleted, “to be forgotten”, i.e. to have the personal data we have about you deleted. However, we have the right to refuse deletion in certain situations, e.g. If we are obliged by law to save the data.
You have, under certain conditions, the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted for certain specified purposes.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on a balancing of interests.
You have the right to data portability, which means that under certain conditions you have the right to have your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format transferred to another personal data controller.
If you have objections to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to contact us or the Swedish Data Protection Authority with a complaint.
You are normally entitled to use the above rights free of charge. eAktiebok will respond to the request without undue delay and usually within one (1) month from the time the request is received. However, if the request is unreasonable or unfounded, eAktiebok has the right to charge a reasonable fee or choose not to comply with your request. In addition, eAktiebok may request additional information to confirm your identity.
- eAktiebok as personal data assistant
eAktiebok is the personal data controller for the personal data specified in this policy, but there may be situations where eAktiebok is not the personal data controller but only a personal data assistant for a third party. This applies, for example, to eAktiebok’s services relating to a limited company’s share register. When eAktiebok processes personal data as a personal data processor, it is on behalf of a third party and eAktiebok is then bound by the instructions eAktiebok received from the personal data controller. In these situations, eAktiebok cannot guarantee that processing takes place in accordance with this privacy policy, but eAktiebok will always ensure that processing takes place in accordance with applicable legislation.
- Changes to the privacy policy
We may make changes to the privacy policy and the latest version of the policy is available on our website.
